Real estate is a good and slow way to make money. Real estate is one of the best ways for a beginning generation to make money. The reason is that a bank will loan you a lot of money. In other capital intensive manufacturing and retailing operations, those funds are not going to be available. Someone with good credit can have millions of dollars of real estate under them. These investors will eventually become millionaires. The hard part is being dirt rich and cash poor for all those years. The second generation is who benefits the most.

Nearly all of the fortune 500 companies invest in real estate and many have their own real estate division for the purchase, rental, and sale of properties.

Real estate has produced more wealth for the average person than anything else. However, it isn't the best way to make money. Warren Buffet and others do not think real estate is the best investment. You are leveraged to the hilt and it takes forever to pay down the loans. Wouldn't it make more sense to triple your money in the stock market.
